Dongguan Luphi Electronics Technology Co., Ltd.(branded as LuphiTouch) was established in 2008. It located in Dongguan, China. The factory covers 4500 square meters. It close to Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hongkong. To Shenzhen airport is just about 30 minutes and to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport is just about 1 hour. LuphiTouch is a high-tech enterprise for human machine interface assemblies.

Our main business and products include designing and manufacturing various kinds of membrane switches, membrane keypads, graphic overlays, membrane circuits, backlighting membrane keypads like the LED backlighting membrane switches, EL backlighting membrane switches, LGF backlighting membrane switches, capacitive membrane switches, capacitive sensing circuits, printed touch sensors, capacitive font panels and nameplates, labels, PCBA, prototype to middle volume metal + plastic + electronics turnkey assembly projects.

LuphiTouch certified by ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 and ISO45001. We are the first ISO13485 medical quality system certified membrane switch factory in China. Since its predecessor of VIT(HK) founded in 2008, we have obtained 15+ years of experiences in interface keypads, membrane switches, rubber keypads, touchscreens and electronic subassemblies manufacturing. We are never satisfied with the status quo, we are actively striving for progress every day.

A little progress every day is our company's slogan. Our purpose is working hard to meet our customers' continuous growth needs.

2008 – VIT established in Hongkong.
2010 – VIT started the touchscreen and LCD businesses.
2012 – Company Moved to Chang’an Town, Dongguan City.
2013 – Overseas Market Sales Turnover Broke US$2, 000, 000.
2014 – Established PCBA factory (1500 SQM) in Daning of Humen Town.
2015 – We also established new high grade membrane switches factory–Dongguan LuPhi Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (2000SQM).
2016 – We Established 100-class anti-static precision electronics assemblies clean room, introduced OCA lamination and defoaming machines and certified by ISO9001, ISO13485.
2017 – PCBA factory introduced the 3rd SMT production line. Membrane switch factories sucessed in developing the capacitive touch and sliding membrane switches; PCBA factory’s sales turnover broke 4million US dollars and membrane switch factory turnover broke 3million US dollars.
2018 – Certified by ISO14001 and ISO45001;
2021 – Moved to new more bigger and more advanced factory (4500SQM);
2022 – Introduced in Auto-printing production line and Auto-cutting line;
2023 – Certified by GJB9001C:2017 certificate. Improve our screen prinitng room once again;

LuphiTouch Reliability Testing Room

LuphiTouch team members are very appreciate the quality. In order to inspect and test the quality and reliability performance of our manufactured products, we established our inner reliability experment room. In thisroom, we have strict anti-static, temperature and humidity control. We introduced high precision 2D measuring meter, hi-low temp. environment test equipment, salty-spray tester, life testing machine, actuation force snap ratio tester, capacitive switch tester, electrical function tester etc. Through such kind of testing to verify the reliability and quality performance of our manufactured products. To make our customer received the products from us are qualified.

LuphiTouch factory covers 58000square foot with more than 60 workers, 2 Auto-printing production lines, 1 Auto-cutting production line, more other semi-auto production machines and equipments.The whole production area is 10000 class anti-static clean room. In addition, there are two 1000 class clean rooms in assembly shop and one 1000 class clean room in quality checking room for precision electronics products and optical products assembly and quality checking.
