Declaration of CMRT

LUPHITOUCH herein has a clear Declaration of CMRT(Conflict Minerals Reporting Template)  , that declares the metal Conflict-Free on products supplied to customers to meet CMRT Requirements.

LUPHITOUCH is taking and will take due diligence within our supply chain to assure “DRC Conflict-Free” for the metals of gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt(Co), and tin (Sn). These matals are not derived from or sourced from mines in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).  Even though imposing illegally taxed on trade routes due to they are controlled by non-governmental military groups, or unlawful military factions.

   As Trade routes, oberviously it is also not confirmed to be “Conflict Free” include direct exports from the DRC.  As well as exports through Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, and Kenya (countries of whom the U.N. Security Council note are global export routes for DRC-mined minerals).

 These Mininal material from the above countries and illegal areas is regarded as illegal sources by U.N. Security Council. They can be utilized in Our production field. Because they are conformed with material elements toxic contained in international standard completely. By using these material, we can process our required parts or finished products , sell some of our customers all over the world at last.

We make Declaration of CMRT, aim at  would also like to confirm the metals used in Products sold to our customers are “DRC Conflict-Free”with our customer. This ensures that All we do meets the CMRT requirements.
