Incoming Material Inspection
Supplier Evaluation: Regularly evaluate raw material suppliers to ensure that the materials provided meet industry standards and company requirements. LuphiTouch® requires all suppliers to provide material specifications, RoHS, and Reach reports.
Incoming Inspection: Conduct strict inspections on all incoming raw materials and components, including but not limited to appearance, dimensions, material, physical properties, and electrical functions, ensuring the quality of raw materials.
Storage Management: Establish standardized raw material warehousing management systems, such as temperature and humidity control, proper placement of 3M adhesives, and anti-static protection for electronic components to ensure that raw materials, parts, and electronic components are not contaminated, damaged, or deteriorated during storage.
Production Process Monitoring
Process Control: Clarify production process flow to ensure each procedure is executed according to established process parameters.
Equipment Calibration: Regularly calibrate and maintain production equipment to ensure accuracy and stability, reducing variations in the production process.
Online Monitoring: Introduce online monitoring systems to monitor key parameters and indicators in real-time during production, promptly identifying and correcting deviations.
Appearance Inspection
Visual Inspection: Perform 100% visual inspection of finished products to check for flatness, scratches, bubbles, color differences, printing errors, and other defects.
Dimensional Measurement: Use precision measuring tools, such as vernier calipers, film gauges, and 2D measuring machine to measure key dimensions, ensuring the products meet design specifications.
Electrical Performance Testing
Resistance Testing: Test the insulation resistance, contact resistance, and maximum loop impedance of circuit layer to ensure the electrical performance meets customer requirements.
Conductivity Testing: Press each key individually to test its electrical conductivity, ensuring normal electrical connection functions.
Backlight Testing: Use test fixtures developed and designed by LuphiTouch® to test the LED backlight effect and performance, ensuring it meets customer requirements.
100% Full Inspection: Every membrane switch product produced by Luphi Electronics must undergo at least two 100% functional inspections. Semi-finished circuit products are fully tested for functionality, and then finished products undergo another 100% functional test to ensure normal electrical functions.
Reliability Testing
(Luphi Electronics has invested heavily to build an internal reliability laboratory capable of various reliability tests)
Key Force Testing: Measure the pressing and releasing force of keys (i.e., load) to ensure it is within the user operation range.
Durability Testing: Conduct key life tests to assess the mechanical stability of membrane switches under long-term use.
High and Low-Temperature Testing: Test the performance of membrane switches under different temperature, humidity, and vibration conditions to ensure they work normally in various harsh environments.
Salt Spray Testing: Test the corrosion resistance and waterproof performance of membrane switch products to ensure they meet relevant special requirements.
Total Quality Management (TQM)
ISO Certification: Establish and implement quality management systems like ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 to ensure the systematization, standardization, and continuous improvement of quality management activities.
Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal quality audits to identify problems and correct them promptly, enhancing the effectiveness of the quality management system.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously optimize product design and production processes based on customer feedback, internal audits, and data analysis results to improve product quality.
Total Participation: Implement TQM in the factory, promoting cross-departmental and cross-functional team collaboration to break down departmental barriers, achieve information sharing and collaborative work, and adhere to the philosophy that everyone is part of quality control, ensuring quality control in every detail.
