Our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) policy provides a framework for handling confidential information. This policy provides practical advice to avoid possible problems caused by the disclosure of relevant confidential information caused by employees' carelessness at work. We expect all employees at LuphiTouch to adhere to this policy. We expect our employees to handle confidential information responsibly and ensure that such information is not disclosed to any unauthorized third parties. Confidential information includes but is not limited to trade secrets, business plans, customer lists, drawings, new designs, financial data, proprietary technology, etc., and also includes not conducting any business or contact with the final direct customers without the permission of our middleman customers.
