We can design and produce flexibility  silicone rubber keypads(equal to plastic graphic overlay for the memebrane switch) were originally developed for the electronics industry. Until now they have been utilized for overlay for membrane swtich widely. As a silicone rubber keypad has a good tactile feeling and soft properties, compare with PET material graphic overlay.

Just it has an excellent tactile feeling, sometimes it can replace metal dome layer on the electric circuit of membrane switch.  It can be molded into any shape keypad with conductive carbon pill in together, directly put it on the PCB board according to circuit layer’s control joints.   When pressing down a rubber button deely, it will close electricity circuit. As long as releasing the button, the electricity circuit is disconnected at once. So if using only one silicone rubber keypad ,instead of metal dome and PET graphic overlay at all. Not only increasing work efficiency but also saving more money.
